Bidding ends Thursday 19th June 2025 from 10:00am. Lots 1 - 299 will end at 1 minute intervals & Lots 300 onwards at 10 second intervals

 

Buyer’s Premium

 

A buyer`s premium of 10% plus VAT will be charged on all lots.

 

Time Extensions

 

Lot end times will revert to 10 minutes if a bid is made with fewer than 10 minutes remaining.

 

Payment

 

Payment must be made IN FULL by 5.00pm Friday 20th June 2025, preferably by bank transfer. We can accept card payments up to a value of £500. Cash payments must be pre-agreed and we are unable to take single cash payments amounting to more than £9000.

 

Lots purchased cannot be removed from site until full payment has been received.

 

Clearance

 

Friday 20th June & Monday 23rd to Friday 27th June 2025 between the hours of 9am & 4pm at Gateway Auctions Ltd, Mitton Road, Whalley, Lancashire, BB7 9JU

IMPORTANT CLEARANCE INFORMATION 

If your lots are not collected by 5pm Friday 27th June 2025, you will be charged storage at a minimum of £5 per day per lot. 

 

VAT and Equipment for Export

 

All lots are subject to VAT at 20% (unless otherwise specified in the lot description). Any overseas buyers wishing to export goods must inform our office at the close of the auction.

 

Buyer’s Premium will always be subject to VAT regardless of Export status.

 

Viewing

Buyers may view the Lots on the following dates between 9.00am and 5.00pm

Wednesday 18th June

Access to the site is allowed on the understanding that all persons attend the site entirely at their own risk and are responsible for and will indemnify the Seller and the Company against any losses damage or claims occasioned by their presence at the site.

Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed access to the site.
